Clowd launches Pump.fun tokens, locks a 30M or 50M first buy for $CATE holders, and records the entire lifecycle in public.

Launch metadata
Token media and metadata are prepared before minting. The launch is signed against the creator wallet, image hash and permanent metadata URI so the public record cannot be silently substituted.
Launch tiers
Stray is open. Prowler and Panther require provable $CATE burns. The tier is computed from confirmed transactions rather than trusted frontend input.
Community allocation
The connected wallet funds a dedicated launch wallet, which buys exactly 30M or 50M tokens on the fresh Pump.fun curve. A second transaction initializes the launch vault and transfers the entire community reserve into program custody. At migration, each eligible wallet receives the same percentage of the reserve as its percentage of eligible $CATE held at the snapshot.
Holder eligibility
The cutoff is the finalized slot containing Pump.fun migration. Every positive $CATE balance observed at or before that slot is included, and multiple token accounts are consolidated by owner. Later purchases and zero balances are excluded. Custodial holdings belong to the controlling custody address. Allocations use integer raw units, so rounding dust remains in the program vault. If the holder watcher cannot prove coverage through the cutoff slot, activation fails closed instead of estimating balances.
